A Virginia native, Letitia is excited about her second career in real estate. With a B.S. in English

Education from Hampton University and a M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett

University, she has spent the last 27 years educating young minds. With 3 years until

retirement, Letitia is eager to turn her passion for teaching toward educating and helping clients

to navigate the homeownership experience.

The youngest of 5, she learned early to speak up for herself and plans to do the same for her

clients. When not working, her favorite place to be is outside. Whether running, walking, hiking,

fishing, hanging at the beach, or simply aimlessly exploring, Letitia is her happiest when she can

get out of the house and into nature. She’s learned to bring nature inside and has become an

avid plant enthusiast. Friends joke that her sunroom looks like a jungle!

Mom to a 23 year old, with no pets or little ones, Letitia is overjoyed to start this new phase in

her life!
